Yesterday, we asked you what this building inspired…

That is the Harry Packer Mansion in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania.  Built in 1874, it was dedicated a National Landmark 100 years later.  While there is certainly not room for 1, 000 in the mansion, it IS thought to be haunted by it’s former occupants.  What did it inspire?

The Haunted Mansion , of course.  This popular attraction opened at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom in 1971.
