Well, it would seem that Central Florida has avoided Isaac. Well, at least most of him.
Isaac is assumed to be a Category 2 hurricane (capable of winds between 96 and 110 MPH) when it touches the Florida Keys and Southern Florida. He is also likely to veer off track, the most intense part of the storm missing the world’s premier vacation destination.
That is not to say that the impact will not be felt for guests of the Disney World Resort.
Tropical storm force winds, rain, thunder, and lighting will likely keep vacationers within the confines of their rooms. With wind and rain starting today, and strengthening tomorrow and Tuesday, guests are still advised to take precautions.
Stay with us as we keep you updated about the storm and the impact on Disney World and Central Florida.
