We are just a few weeks away from the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. The annual event draws legions of hungry park goers to Disney World. It is arguably the most anticipated event of the year.
The folks here at Spin The World count this as our favorite time of year.
Over the next few weeks, we are going to do our best to get you prepped and ready for the Foodie Wonderland that is the Food and Wine Festival.
The 46-day festival begins September 28, and is the largest of its kind in the world. The 17th installment will host 29 individual marketplaces, which will line the walk-ways of World Showcase. Featured this year are two brand new stalls – Terra and Florida Local.
The Terra stall will offer vegan items like the Trick’n Chick’n Curry in addition to organic wines. Perhaps more exciting is Florida Local, with a selection of tasty foods from our own backyard. Florida shrimp ceviche with fire-roasted veggies anybody?
What about dessert? Ghirardelli’s has you covered with the Chocolate Experience: From the Bean to the Bar.
